WC999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to WC999 — accessible at wc999.im ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). WC999 is an online gaming and sports betting service that provides casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and speciality games to registered players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the entire agreement between WC999 and you ("the Player", "you", "your") in relation to your use of the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on WC999 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

WC999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residence at any point. Where such documentation is not provided within the timeframe requested, the account may be restricted pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on WC999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where WC999 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, any bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through bonus funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Your registered name must match the name on your payment account (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.) because WC999 processes withdrawals only to accounts held in the registered player's name. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WC999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. WC999 will never ask you for your full password via Live Chat, email, or telephone. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

WC999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards. WC999 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account you use must be registered in your own name and match your WC999 account details.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on WC999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though specific payment channels may impose their own transaction limits that WC999 cannot control.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your WC999 account balance within seconds in most cases. IBFT transfers typically credit within a few hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Deposits are credited in PKR. WC999 does not apply any deposit fee, though your payment provider may charge a transaction fee on their end.

4.4 Currency

The WC999 platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and settled in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges on WC999 because no conversion takes place — your money stays in PKR throughout.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. WC999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will go to Easypaisa. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

5.4 Taxes

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by WC999 are subject to these general rules unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. WC999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on WC999 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion. Bets placed on different game types may contribute differently to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting games may contribute a different percentage as specified in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, WC999 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings and close the account without prior notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free spins that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account. Wagering progress accumulated toward expired bonuses is also cleared. Expiry timelines are stated on each individual promotion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on WC999 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the selection, odds, and stake before confirming any bet. WC999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the Platform's specific bet cancellation policy permits it (for example, certain in-play markets where an error is detected by the trading team).

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market. The minimum bet on WC999 sports and PSL markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits are set per market and are displayed in the betslip at time of placement. WC999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any player account where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, an odds value that is materially incorrect due to a technical fault — WC999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price even after settlement. Players will be notified and the original stake refunded in full. WC999 will not apply this provision selectively or in bad faith.

7.4 PSL and Cricket Betting

PSL betting markets on WC999 follow standard T20 cricket settlement rules. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, the official match result stands. WC999 follows the official PSL governing body's result in all cases. Live in-play bet settlement is based on the state of the match at the point of acceptance by the trading system.

7.5 Esports Betting

WC999 esports markets follow the official tournament results declared by the event operator. In the event a match is replayed due to a technical issue (server crash, disconnection, etc.), bets placed prior to the original match start may be voided or carried forward depending on the market type and the tournament operator's ruling.

7.6 Cash Out

Where cash-out functionality is available on a market, the offered value reflects the current state of the market at the time of the cash-out request. Cash-out requests are processed at the value displayed — WC999 cannot guarantee cash-out availability on all markets or at all times during a live event. Cash-out is not available during periods of suspended markets.

8. Casino & Games

8.1 Game Availability

WC999 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure game availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software provider downtime, or technical issues. WC999 will not be liable for losses of potential winnings during periods of unavailability.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

If a game or software malfunction occurs during play — including but not limited to a disconnection, a display error, or an incorrect payout calculation — the affected round will be declared void and the stake refunded to your account. WC999 uses provider-side game logs as the definitive record in any dispute involving a game outcome.

8.3 RTP and Fairness

All slot and casino games available on WC999 are delivered by third-party providers operating independently certified RNG systems. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are accurate representations of the long-run theoretical return over millions of spins. Individual session results will vary widely from the published RTP. WC999 does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Termination

WC999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgent action is required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating someone else to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing WC999 support staff or other players.
• Breaching any applicable law in connection with your use of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WC999 reserves the right to retain any bonus winnings and in cases of fraud, any real-money funds pending investigation. Any such retention will be subject to formal notification and players retain the right to dispute the decision through the WC999 complaints process.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WC999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC processes.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures that are outside of WC999's direct control.

WC999's total aggregate liability to any player for direct losses arising from a verifiable technical fault on the Platform shall not exceed the value of the bet affected by that fault. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

12. Privacy

WC999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on WC999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, complying with KYC obligations, and communicating with you about your account and promotions.

13. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure. WC999 will refund your real-money balance to your registered payment method in this event.
